I am not sure what city you are in but in Ohio the minum pipe size is 2 inches,in nearby Kentucky it is 2 and one half.It has been about 6 dollars a amp here for years but the price of copper has doubled in the last 2 or three months most likely aluminum wire will be used and the code there may be a 2 and one half rigid pipe i would figure around7 or 8 dollars a amp call a contractor in your are to see what the gong rate in your area

well if your replacing the panel and it is all gonna be in rigid pipe and the service line is gonna be tied to the pipe making it 21/2" rigid then i would guess 3-6 k
