Four come to mind: "Midnight Special", "Favorite Son" (a Vietnam war protest song), "Bad Moon Rising" and "Traveling Band". Of all CCR songs, these four, I belive capture the essence of who they were in the late '60's / early '70's.

Hey Tonight, Who'll stop the Rain. CCR was an incredible band. Wish there were bands like that now. When CCR was out, it was a great time for music.

Run through the Jungle, I put a spell on you, I grew up on their song's and used alot of them when I had my own band. Those were important times, they were good times.

long as i can see the light. great song all though it is so very difficult to pick just one because all their songs are great but long as i can see the light has a great beat and the lyrics are awesome
