I bought tickets through Telecharge a while ago for "Spelling Bee," but I was unable to make it.
Someone mentioned to me that I can call the theatre and they can try to get me in on a different day. Is this true?
What other options are there for me?
Please help.

Thanks!

Each theater has it's own rules so call the theater itself to see what their restrictions are. Typically they will ask you to call the day you want to come (after a certain time) and if they still have seats available they will honor your tickets. Makes it kind of hard to plan but at least the tix won't go to waste.

Unfortunately, there are no options. You can often exchange tickets up to the day of the show, but since this was a week ago, you've lost out.

You MIGHT try contacting Telecharge and giving them a sob story, or even going directly to the box office at Circle, but I wouldn't hold out much hope. Sorry.

Call Telecharge, since you bought the tickets from them. If you bought them at the theater box office, they "may" have been able to help you.

Insider tip: SOME theaters can exchange the ticket. I don't know if they can do it for a performance that has past, but you will need to go to the box office to try.

Since it was last week, I think the answer is: cry.
If you'd contacted the box office before the show you might have had some options.

Cry, cry, cry. Sorry, Charlie, you lost your money, honey.
