there is no comparison here
one is a midfielder (mostly right MF) and the other is a pure striker.

Became is a midfielder (generally right mid), Ronaldo is a forward, Beckham has better spot kicks, vision and passing than Ronaldo, but Ronaldo is quicker, has an excellent finish, excellent dribbling ability and control of the ball and a physically stronger player. I believe that Ronaldo is a better player, but Beckham with his great free kicks and crosses of the ball is a greater asset to the team. I have always said this and i will say it again, "If David Beckham had a crap free- kick, he would'nt be where he is today".

Both have not excelled yet. There is no doubt that they are great players and based on the games played up till now and if you have to choose between them, you have to say Beckham. Although, I'd rather pick neither of them.
Really, when you say Ronaldo, have you seen the Brazil games at all?

There is no comparsion that Ronaldo is the better in the clucth but the better player over his carrer is Beckham and Beckham as a movie about him how can you beat that no one.
