well the yesterday it said i cant asner any more tions because i have to many points but they still didnt put me to level 2 or anything....i tried looking for the answer but i cant find it! so cunfused

If you go to your answers profile, on the right, it should tell you how many points you currently have, as well as how many you need to advance to the next level. In order to get these you points, you need to answer questions, choose best answers to your questions, etc. You also receive one point per day for logging in, I believe. Keep in mind, asking questions costs you five points, so get to answering!
