Shaving any part with Razor affects as female skin is very delicate. Hence to remove upper lip hair threading or waxing in a good parlour would have produced better results. Regarding your proble you could use multani mitti ( a powdered pace pack). Take 2 tablespoons and mix with curd (2 teaspons) and lemon juice (4-5 drops) and apply and leave for 15-20 minutes till it dries and wash. use daily for a week and this could even help Avoid Bleaching and Facial.

Uhh, I can't help but notice that your ID indicates that you are a female. Let me tell you that you NEVER want to shave any facial hair because it will grow in dark and twice as thick! You will end up having a mustache and/or beard like a man! If you have dark facial hair, you have options. Facial hair bleach is an option. I actually use that for the hair on my upper lip. It makes the hair blend in with the skin tone. You can have your lip waxed, which usually costs roughly $5 or so depending on the salon you go to. Also, there is electrolysis, which is rather costly, but removes the hair permanently.

If you have hair you want to be less visible or removed, please try other options next time! You will forever have to shave your upper lip now unless you have your lip waxed or the hair follicles removed.
