It can find anyone who has registered with the census bureau or had a utility bill within the last 5 years. It will give addresses, but only gives phone numbers if the # is listed in that person's name. You must specify which state you want it to search in.

i use the white pages
type white pages in yahoo serch and click white pages it will ask for city and state and if you want surrounding area.

sometimes it gives you what you are looking for othertimes you may have to get creative.
