They only pay...if they can afford it....How many 2 year olds have the bling-bling for admission anyway? But 2 year olds do get a free seat during the second game of one of those day/night doubleheaders....

I'm not 100% sure, I've only been to Fenway three times, but I used to work for a minor league ballpark and the rule was - 2 and under do not need a ticket, UNLESS you want them to have a seat to sit in. Otherwise they're on your lap.

I don't know about Fenway but there is usually a height not an age. Then if you don't want to buy a ticket then they just sit on your lap.

A 2 year old doesn't have the attention span to sit through a baseball game.

They should have to pay like every other baseball fan in this country, other wise 4 year olds would want to sit free, then 8 yr olds, then 16 until it passes up everybody then everyone is free then how will you pay for your team and stuff. Especially if they are Red Sox fans.

i don't think is normal....that a 2 years old child..to pay a ticket...in my country ...if you are under 12 years....you can enter free at the football games..and other ..sports...so i don't think is fair..like a child at that age to pay for a ticket

I would think under 3 would be the cut off age.

believe it or not, if you bring a 2 year old to a baseball game, you will absolutely piss off everybody around you. Crying and all that, do not bring a baby to Fenway, bring them to a Pawtucket, or Lowell Spinners game, where its more appropriate.
