compare pentimun m725 and m740 processor?

I prefer my Pentium 4. It has-

3.00 GHz (Reports of up to 4.00 GHz succesful overclocking!)
800 MHz FSB
1 MB L2 Cache (I'd have prefered two, but whatever)
478-Pin (I think...)
Hyper-Threading (Doesn't work well with windowed 3D stuff though)

i'm not really sticking to the question, but i like my Intel Dual Core.
it's got 2 processors running at 2.8 Ghz each, and all that other fun jazz.
