Getting great input so far. But I just have to say to the negative people that just have to have something ignorant to say, "If you don't like the question, then don't answer it. Period."

Ah, good old Pulp Fiction... when Samuel L Jackson is about to kill someone he would recite this.
And yes... I am a Christian and I know the Bible very well.

I will carry out great vengance on them and punish them in my wrath Then they will know that I am the LORD, When I take vengeance on them. This is the verse. Which is a Prophecy against Philista. now if you back up a few it says why...v 15...This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Because of the Philistines acted in vengeance and took revenge with malice in their hearts and with ancient hostility sought to destory Judah, therefor this is what the Sovereign LORD says: I am about to strech out my hand against the Philistines and I will cut off the Kerethites and destroy thoes remaining along the coast.
The Philistines attacked Judah becuse they strove for control of Caanan. God gave that land to the Israelites.

make friends with those do not only know the bible but live by it.
decide to have a personal meeting with God each, very early in the morning, where you would talk to God in prayer and listen from Him through reading some part of the bible and meditating on what you have read. then make it a point go to a bible believing church [one which makes the bible its ultimate authority on all matters]. discipline your self to read a 4 chapters of the bible each day and this is how to do it; every day of a month should tell you which chapter of the book of proverbs you shld. read, so if today is the 6th day of the month you know you would read proverbs 6. read again a chapter from the Gospels, one from the epistles then lastly one from the old testament. discipline is the word so begin today.

Pulp Fiction...and its not a real verse...it was made up.

But here..."The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you."
