atomic bomb, atomic energy...well, everything that may be considered as weapons, such as biological weapons of mass destruction.

I would remove the entire concept of abortion. The very idea of it. That ONE thing has caused so much hate and anger in this world, and divided so many families and friends, to say nothing of the deaths its brought about - not only all those precious babies, but the many women who died because it was illegal and they had to do it in back alleys, and the doctors that have been murdered... there have just been too many deaths and there is too much anger on this subject. So that's what I would remove if I was given the opportunity. I wouldn't decide for it one way or the other, I would just make it not an issue.

You can't uninvent something without also eliminating the knowledge that enables something equally beneficial. And you can't eliminate the human capacity to do bad without removing their ability to imagine a better world. So I guess I'd choose nothing.

Finally, a question that makes a person think about more than who is hot and who is not. Thanks. I would "uninvent" the bra, yeah the answer isn't deep, but you try wearing one of those damned things in the 100-degree heat.

Many people have answered nuclear weapons, but dont realize everything has its own pros and cons. The uses of nuclear energy in other fields like medical sciences and research purpose is tremendous.
One of them has surprisingly written 'hatred', well the purpose of life would be obliterated if all problems in life were to end .
A number of inventions on which we depend totally were simply serendipity.
Every inventor has his/her own purpose of creating it, be it for salvation of human kind, fame, money etc or even destruction.
For instance computer viruses, every second loads of them are created and what does its creator gets. He could divert his intellect for a better purpose.
I think computer viruses are totally unwanted.
(but just imagine what would happen to Norton,Dr solomon, AVG..)

Electricity. I'm very romantic and like everything vintage. Everything we do would be slower so there would be less stress, we would have other hobbies except TV and computers, we would write letters and maybe spend more time with the ones we love.
The magneticeffect from any electronical thing is bad for our health.

The Internet & T.V.
It is creating a world of shut-ins who never leave their houses.
You can work from home, e-mail anyone, have pizza or groceries delivered to your door, set up a webcam if you want to see who you are talking to, all this while you order porn from your cable company.
You can now spend your whole life with virtually no human contact.
WAKE UP AMERICA, THIS HAS GONE FAR ENOUGH.
