HAS SHE BEEN TESTED FOR CYSTIC FIBROSIS? THE TEST IS DONE BY COLLECTING SOME OF HER SWEAT AND CHECKING THE SODIUM AMOUNT. TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT ALSO CHECKING HER BLOOD LEVEL OF SODIUM, IT CAN BE DANGEROUS IF IT BECOMES TOO LOW OR TOO HIGH.
TRY BABY GOLD BOND POWDER. THIS MAY HELP HER DISCOMFORT, JUST BE SURE THAT YOU DON'T SHAKE THE POWDER TOO MUCH. THAT CREATES POWDER DUST IN THE AIR THAT CAN BE INHALED BY THE BABY.

If she is lethargic and sweaty it sounds like she is dehydrated and needs to go to the doctor/ER immediatly for IV fluids!
