Yes, it would. Even if not on the spot, but soon after as the paint will disable the bird, blind it or chock it. If the bird is close enough impact can kill it, or break its bones. Please, do not try it. they donot harm you, why should you harm them?

Personally i feel that the paintball would annihilate a bird. If we're talking about Robins, Pigeons, Seagulls, and other smaller birds. A paintball has enough power to leave big welts on people who are shot from quite a distance, now imagine that, only 100 times worse because the paintball ios the size of your head. A paintball gun would ******* OWN a bird ANYDAY!

The paint would "glue" the feathers together, the paint would blind the bird and the pores would totally clog. Why not play war games with paintball guns, and leave the helpless birds alone?

It depends on the bird, but most birds you would find in a park would probably die from it. They're delicate creatures.
