I'm a teenager that loves to go to the beach and loves swimming.
I also love wearing tank tops.
But i have a serious problem. I have red bumps on my armpits.
They look almost like pimples and they are really itchy.
After I shave, they get red and I have to shave so I really don't know what to do.

Please help and I need serious answers.
thanks!

It's probably just a rash from shaving. Make sure that you always use a clean, sharp razor, and after you get out of the shower, wait a bit before putting on deoderant. Your armpits should be dry; you could also try switching deoderants, because you may have a sensitivity to your current one.

It sounds like your skin is extremely sensitive. You should take a break to let your armpits heal, make sure you have a fresh razor, the more blades the better, and try some shaving CREAM that is for sensitive skin. I use "Coochy" by Pure Romance. I don't know if you are 18 but if you can get someone to buy it for you on-line or contact a consultant. I can say that that shaving cream is awesome. I used to have the same problem as you until I started using that stuff. Highly recommend it.

Give your pits a break; let the hair grow for a few weeks, and then try again. Try using a different shaving "lotion" or gel, and different deoderant.

It is most likely the process of frequent shaving on tender skin that has caused this.

Try a different razor. I had a problem with using the razor with the four blades, gave me the same problem. I went back to a three blade razor and it isn't so bad. And don't keep going over the same spots over and over, that causes ingrown hairs. Keep it moisturized, like before you go to bed, put some heavy lotion or vaseline there.

ask your parents to consider hair laser reduction. You're probably getting rasor burn. But for now try a mens after shave without the alcohol. it may help some even if it is a little manly smelling.
