I think it's difficult because he is Brazilian. I do not think he is playing too badly. Don't forget, he did supply the ball to Adriano which resulted in the 1st goal against Australia.

However, I think Robinho should start... he is clearly in better form. Maybe Ronaldo will be better coming off the bench, when the opposition is tired, he can come on.

He is NOT too old, but he is too fat, to be a professional footballer.

this is a simple answer.....why would a man who is doing what he loves......and is still ranked one of the world's best at what he does, retire? and he also makes a ton of money, he's a local, and worldwide hero to young soccer, and old soccer, fans. so simply answered no, he shouldn't retire, but instead do what he wants, not what we "FEEL" he should do

he is not in good shape now, and the Brazil team has many talent players. there is nothing to lose when R is absent. R will miss his good old days.... it is an age of the next generation players...

Commentators say that he has some weight on him and I believe that too.I do feel that eventually he'll get a goal and silence a lot of critics.

NO WAY!! I would'nt worry about it him anyway....
he kicks ***...oh no wait..he's got a big ***.. anyway... the man's set up to retire in style at a very young age. He also probably has HOTSEX every night with his supermodel girlfriend. she,by the way, probably likes to sqeeze his fat *** with her boney-supermodel hands. Finally, they both finnish off the night smelling like ***.
