Intuitive Decision Making - The default mode of decision making when there is a high level of:
uncertainty, novelty, complexity, limited information, and time pressure. Models of Intuitive Decision Making - FLOW - Individual focus Sense-making - Interactional focus - Knowledge Creation - Holistic focus; considers individual, interactional, and contextual factors.
basically an Intuitive Decision is a decision made on intuition, or gut level feelings where a systematic decision, would be a decision based on weighing out the facts.~~

A systematic desision is based an a logical formula. You can show how the deductive process worked to obtain a systematic decision. An intuitive decision can't be logically explained (or at least there is no set formula for getting the answer)

A systematic decision is one using either deductive or inductive reasoning. Intuitive means just that, following a hunch or instinct. Intuition.

Systematic decisions can be a very useful decision-making tools because they objectively summarize large amounts of information, identify gaps in medical research, and identify beneficial or harmful interventions.
Intuitive decisions are "gut feelings" and reaction from or to those feelings.
The outcome of many decision-making processes are a combination of both. Is that clear (or clear as mud)? ;-)

Intuitive is sort of like an instinct answer.
Systematic is a process of elimination and problem determination to get an answer.

A sysematic decsion is a group inspired and made decsion. You could even call it, a family ruling. Such decisions arn't always based on morals, nor moral reaons. An intuitve decsion, is one that one person makes, based on intution.
