I cou;dn't find a direct flight and Phillipine Airlines don't fly to Kuwait. But check out these or rather go to your nearest travel agency. They'll know best....

I suggest contacting the airline itself for a quote. Philippines Airlines however does not have direct flights to Kuwait. If they have commercial arrangement with Kuwait Airways, you will go on Kuwait Airways flight. Otherwise, they might send you to another city close to Kuwait, then you have to change aircraft to get to Kuwait. Most probably it would Doha, because they have flights to there. But even in this case, it is a code-share flight, so you will go on Qatar Airways aircraft.

don't know the distance but if it take about 3 hours flight it may cost about 280$
