There's a couple of ways you can do this. You can take to a pro and pay, but have a peace of mind. Or you can pick up a flush kit at your automotive store. Make sure your engine is cold or it hasn't been running or you will risk being burned. Take off the radiator cap and locate the drain at the bottom of the radiator. It should look like a wing nut. Once you locate the drain go ahead and drain your radiator into an appropriate container.
Once you have completely drained the radiator tighten the drain back up.
You can fill the radiator with a cleaning solution or with water to rid the radiator of oxydated waste. Then drain it again. You get it.

AT THE BOTTOM OF THE RADIATOR IS A WING NUT WITH A LIL' DRAIN HOLE IN THE CENTER....TURN IT COUNTER CLOCK WISE, IT WILL DRAIN.....OL' DO THIS WHEN THE MOTOR HAS SET ALL NIGHT....'COOL'.....ALSO TAKE CAP OFF SLOWLY(TOP CAP), ITS A PRESSURED SYSTEM.........DRAIN IT OUT.....BUT RADIATOR FLUSH AND READ IT.....FILL WITH WATER AND ADD FLIULD, I THINK IT WILL SAY RUN THE MOTOR FOR 20 MINUTES.....BUT IT BEEN A COUPLE YEARS ME DOING THIS...BUT IT WORKS GOOD......TURN MOTOR OFF......THEN TAKE CAP ON TOP OFF AFTER YOU TURN BOTTOM WING NUT,ITS REALLY HOT, SO USE A RAG AND DO IT SLOW.....''YOUR CAP''....AFTER DRAINING SYSTEM.....LOOK INSIDE THE RADIATOR TO SEE ITS CLEAN....IF SO PUT 50 / 50 ANTI FREEZE IN IT.....1/2 IS WATER....THAT SHOULD DO THE TRICK 4 YA....
