Well, theres sun in the summer...but in the winter, when its cold, its cold....and its a loong winter...

Very likely. New Jersey (and that whole area, really) gets a lot of varied weather. You get rain, thunder and lighting, hurricanes (particularly near the coast), snow, sleet, hail, the dreaded Nor' Easter. If you want sun everyday (or even 90% of the time) NJ is not for you. With NJ it is more 60-75% sun.

I don't agree with a previous answer - you get sun in winter too. Beautiful sunny cold winter days. It's not like San Francisco california where you can have 8 weeks of rain.
