Shakira is better b-cuz she can twist and everything like she was possesed, but Beyonce in the video for Check On It flaps around very nicely.
Beyonce is not trying to copy Shakira. Maybe she was influenced by all the bit ches who DID copy Shakira since "Whenever, Wherever" (a LOT of people)
Shakira is sexy while Beyonce is simply funny-sexy.
In Beyonce's defense, however, it should be argued that Shakira could not attempt to flap around and wiggle like Jell-o because she has nothing to flap around or wiggle. =D

Shakira can dance better. Beyonce knows how the jiggle and all, but Shakira's movements seem more controlled.

Shakira all the way, she has been belly dancing since a very early age but not only can she do that, she dances salsa, merengue and tango! and of course, I think it is more natural for Latinas to dance to whatever rhythm...so huge points for Shakira!

Gah, they're both annoying when it comes to dancing, but I'd say Shakira cuz she actually knows how to really dance, she just happens to shake her hips all the time. Theres more to dancing than shaking your hips too.
