Im not sure if i am...but this isnt something i want to just openly ask my friends...so i decided to ask strangers!!

YES. it is the same as the last week of pills in the pill pack. they are placebos (basically sugar pills) the horomones in the first 3 wks of the patch are the same as the pill. the protection covers you on the "off week" to allow you to have a normal period.

Yes, you are covered for those 7 days. Just be sure that you don't go more than those 7 days.

you should be, but to be safe... use a condom or ask your physician. I've been on the pill for 6 years and haven't come up pregnant yet (KNOCK ON WOOD!)
