If they're personal pics and you want to list them as your pics then you just have to upload them from your computer (click on pics and you can browse for your pics and upload them and they're there). Now if you're looking for pics like an avatar or stuff to decorate your profile then there's websites that give you the codes to add to you profile. All you do is copy the code and paste it in the section on your profile you want them to show. For example, if you want to add a pic/avatar of your favorite band to your music interests you copy that code and past it under the music section. Now, if you're trying to add a background or change the contact table or cursor or something like that you want to past that code in the first section, the about me section. I hope that helps. I listed some cool myspace decorative sites to get you started but there's so many more just search "myspace layouts" in yahoo or google.
