well i have two children, and i would say yes, it sounds like the lil one is just hot, and it may not even be that hot in ur house. My daughter was and still is a chronic sweater, she sweats buckets when she sleeps, i never ever buy her thick sweaters, even in the winter, shes just a little more warm blooded then most, if you have to keep her naked at home sothat she is comfortable, then do it, it wont hurt anything.

You keep the house between 20 and 23 degrees? Ask your doctor but my child did alot of this when he was teething.

a baby should only need one layer more than an adult. If you are comfortably, then she probably is too. She may have hyperhydrosis. Consult her pediatrician. It sounds as if this has been going on for quite some time so fever is probably out of the question.

Dress your child as you dress yourself...appropriately for whatever the weather happens to be.

Ask a doctor. Maybe she's sick, or something.
