Just frame the covers and use them for art. I have the Jimi Hendrix Experience, Gone With the Wind, a few Led Zepp's and Elton John throughout my house. Cheap, colorful unique art. You can get the frames at walmart for about $5-8.

I have made sanck bowls out of the albums, fill the hole with black polymer clay, center the record over a bowl and put it in the oven according to the directions on the clay, shen you take it out shape it to the bowl so that it sort of ruffles evenly all the way around. I havealso seen purses made out of both the records and the covers. Also you can get frames for records and cover the entire wall that way with them.

You could make a mural from the album covers or frame the covers.

Plaster a wall, curtains, frame them, hang them from the ceiling, make a book shelf, put them in floor tiles, or scrap book, etc.
