Define horrible person. What I often think is a horrible person, others call me bias. However, if I go with others opinions all the time, I have no opinion for myself.
Why don't you make a list of things you like and don't like about yourself? Start with 10. Then try to correct one thing you don't like and add another trait you would like to have and try to practice that. There are two improvements.
Finally, don't isolate. If you are alone often, you're probably thinking too much. Try to get into more activities. Join a gardening group, volunteer for a charity, go to a library or church. Get around others and smile. Sometimes we are so full of fear we forget to smile. Smiles make people curious about you and often will approach you more or talk with you more.
Hope this helps. But, get out. All people have their good and bad points, no one is perfect... cept for my husband. That's what he keeps telling me anyway! :)
P.S.
Cowgirl hats..if a girl is wearing a western hat, it's a cowgirl hat! Geesh! And it's a culture, not a costume. I'm telling yah, don't people just rub you some times? hehehe

I agree with the comment about the hat - other than that - I can't see how any of us can telll you whether you are a horrible person or why. If the "why am I?" section of the question is more philosophical in nature, then I have included a more general answer:
Existentialism
A philosophy that emphasizes the uniqueness and isolation of the individual experience in a hostile or indifferent universe, regards human existence as unexplainable, and stresses freedom of choice and responsibility for the consequences of one's acts.

Who do people try to fish for complements from compleat strangers?.......
We don't know you, we don't know what kind of person you are, and we can't tell from your avatar either...So why ask a question with no details other than to fish for complements to make yourself feel better about yourself because you can't do it yourself....
Well thats sad...so No Your not a horrible person...Your sad, and I feel pitty for you...
