thats a really bad way to go on a crash diet. its unhealthy too and will cause your metabolism to slow down so in the end, when you eat again you'll gain back all the weight and more. instead, start eating healthier as a lifestyle instead of as a diet. cut out junk and fast foods, add more whole grains and solid foods along with an exercise program. fad diets dont work cuz you'll always gain it back.

You will FEEL the difference. You won't have any energy, you reactions will be slowed, and sure, you might look like a stick but you won't have the health or energy to go shopping for cute clothes anymore.

Food is where you get your energy and nutrition from. Even if NOT eating makes you LOOK thinner, you will be UNHEALTHILY thinner and it won't last. If it does, YOU won't last and could get very sick and die.

They key to becoming "thinner" (IF YOU EVEN NEED IT! You should see a DOCTOR before going on any diet or even assuming in the first place that you are overweight!) is to eat nutritiously and keep your body moving. Not eating doesn't accomplish either of those things.

Otherwise you'll just go downhill.

OK Ladies, I am sure you have all have had a similar experience. Last Sunday I was at my cousin's wedding. The organ thundered Here Comes The Bride and We all arose, excited to see Jen walk down the aisle in her beautiful new wedding gown. It was a great wedding, and Jen looked super in her wedding dress. The colored light flowing through the stained glass windows covered her in bright colors and her trim figure glowed with a healthy vibrant beauty showing off the gown to perfection. Oh, it was fantastic even now it makes my cry.

I have this leather belt that has five notches on it. It was almost tight on me. It was on the last notch. I could barely breathe. When I would do it up, I could barely do it up. And I remember that belt, because I had it for years, and I used to be able to easily put it on. And that's when I could really see that I was getting a little wider than I wanted to be.
So when I started the program, I was on the last notch. And now that belt with the five notches is way too big for me. I can pull it out to here, and I've saved the belt to remember just how much weight I've lost.

After 5 days of not eating anything, I'd be surprised you could even open your eyes.
Crash diets do not work. As soon as you start eating again whatever you did manage to lose comes right back on and with a vengeance.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

Well, it's not very healthy for you, so you might not be thin, just starving yourself even though bingeing only makes it worse. 5 days is quite a long time if you're going to lead a normal lifestyle including work, etc.

You sure will. You will become very lightheaded and you may faint. Depending on your body build, you may become thin, but most certainly you will become thinner. You will also grow exhausted and cranky. I advise against this. I DO suggest eating smaller portions if you can literally "pinch an inch" of fat around your abdomen and hips area. If you can't pinch any fat, then you should rethink the weight-loss goals you have.
