Thanos is omnipotent. What can he do with those powers? The answer to that is really quite simple: Anything he wants. Anything. He is incapable of error. Any result that displeases him he can simply reverse. There is nothing he needs to worry on, for he is Thanos. And Thanos is supreme. Supreme.
Mr. Fantastic on the other hand is just a man who can stretch a lot.

Thanos's weakness is his blind devotion to Death. Reed Richards, being the unbelievably brilliant genius that he is would find a way to exploit that weakness and defeat Thanos.

I gonna go with Mr. Fantastic remember if he is a genius he can find a way to defeat Thanos or better yet create something Thanos can't comprehend and destroy him knowledge over power no brainer duh
