Right-click on my computer and select properties. Near the bottom, you will see the speed of your processor and the amount of RAM in your system. As to having a sound card, the easiest way to know is do you hear any sound when playing games, booting your computer, shutting down windows, etc?

I don't know what they are referring to with the K and MG. I can make a guess that K is KiloByte and MG is short for MEG or MegaByte. If that is the case, there are 1024 Kilobytes in one MegaByte.

Click start button and right click "my computer" and press properties. Then click the hardware tab and click on Device Manager button. It should tell Information about system components

for example 128k equals 128 kilobytes

8bites = 1 byte
1024 bytes = 1 kilobyte
1024 kilobytes = 1 megabyte
1024 megabytes = 1 Gigabyte
1024 Gigabytes = 1 Terabyte
1024 Terabytes = 1 exobyte
