If you would like to add a side plot of romance in for example an adventure story or conspiracy story, what would you like to see or some tips?

Since adventure stories and, often, conspiracy stories tend to stay within the bounds of realistic fiction, keep the romance relevant to the story. Does it affect the plot? Does it affect the development of the main character(s)? Usually if you're in the middle of an adventure or action-type situation, you will resolve the situation before indulging in romance. Stopping to have a torrid affair in the middle is acceptable if the purpose is simply to attract a certain crowd, but it will often prevent your book from being taken seriously in the adventure or conspiracy genres. in a romance story thats easy reality. in reality its not all lovey dovey. it's heartaches and hardships trying to make it work through good and bad times. not always happy happy
