How can someone find a foreign nanny?

We need a nice nanny. She must speek English.

I suggest searching for a Nanny by "word of mouth." These nanny's communicate all the time with each other, If you find one Nanny I guarantee she will have a friend or know somebody that you should talk to. I guess the trick would be finding the first Nanny to talk to. Good luck!

Look up "au pair in America" on the internet and they will help you with finding one.
