I`m not sure, but I would`nt think that whey proteins would contain soy, because whey is an animal ( milk )product, and soy is a plant product. as for your migraines, try drinking a lot of water, stay away from allergy type foods, low light / noise levels may help I know there is an accupressure point somewhere on your hand that works on migraines... maybe between your thumb and first finger.I think.you would hold down (pinch ) gently but firmly the fleshy part between those two fingers for a few minutes each hand wait a few minutes then do it again.I`m not positive that`s the right pressure point, but it can`t hurt to try.

Whey protein should not contain any soy. If the label says it does, put it back on the shelf. For some, a good bio-available whey protein has been sufficient to greatly decrease migraines. Most likely because of the detoxification benefits (whey actually does nothing, it provides the body with the precursors to manufacture glutathione.) I've also heard of people benefiting from taking a good source of minerals and trace minerals (like from a deep sea plankton).

Whey protein doesn't conatin soy. Whey is derived from dairy or milk sources most commonly.
If your migraines are food related then you need to avoid the foods that trigger them.

stay away from wheat, dairy, and other animal products including meat, especially fish. if you can. not many people have that luxury, but those are the foods most known for causing almost imperceptible food allergies, such as migraines and bipolar disorder.
