well I am from Hawaii where it rains alot. I mean alot. In fact the island next to where I am from is the wettest land mass on the planet. Now the tuba is not a very common instrument in the state of Hawaii, however.......I can not get into the specifics of the story (to protect the Innocent) but the answer is yes it does sound like a wet fart.....oh and Mike P...Your and A$$hole. No wonder your mom is the only one sending you valentines cards.

No, it doesn't -- to get that effect, you'd have to have a lot of water in the mouthpiece. (I know this because I suffered through three years of playing tuba in the damn high school marching band, whether it rained or not.)
