As to user-friendly, I would not offer the selections that you entitled "Personalize items" (should be "personalized"), because they cannot be ordered from the site (you direct people to call some other toll-fee number), offer little description, and no pricing at all. If you show it-then sell it.
As to traffic, I agree that by asking the question here that you've increased traffic via hits, but your merchandise is quite pricey and will not appeal to most children's clothing buyers. You will need to get your site address seen in more exclusive magazines and articles that upper-middle class and upper class parents and grandparents read. You might try listing one or two of your more popular items on eBay with promotional pricing (you can choose auction, Buy It Now, or Best Offer formats), and then create the listing such that it will entice viewers of the listing to come into your store's site for more. The cost of that listing will be quite inexpensive (probably under $20) and, depending upon how seductive you make it with pictures, font, imported graphics, you could really get a lot of bang for your buck with buyers migrating into your store site.

Display thumbnails for the products.
describe the products better. One item I saw was desribed as 'ducks'. Is it a Top or bottom? what is it made of? Where is the size chart? Do you have a return policy?
