The state took her child for a bruise he had on his but which she said was from him playing they said they thought it was abuse and it wasnt they never pressed charges on her for anything and her child is with a family member who doesnt mind having her son there but thinks the whole thing is bull and wants her to come get her son is there anything she can get in trouble for she is planning on moving out of state and was already planning on moving when this happend

It depends if Children Services has an open case on her. If they do and she takes the child they can get her for kidnapping.

if the child was taken from the mother and placed with some one else and the case is still open than she can go to jail for kidnapping the child cause in order for the worker to take the child out of the home she had to have given permission which in their eyes is the same as being in shock and not knowing what to say or do tell her to call her case workers supervisor and ask for an attorney especially if she did nothing wrong however if she wants him back she will have to follow and complete everything they want her to it will be hard and seem like an eternity but it will happen.

ahhh, ok, you're just venting...ok, well **** the po=po! they shoulda researched a little more for a teeny weeny bruise....cmon, can't YOU help out and give em so dognuts...i mean doughnuts..?!

She needs to get a lawyer and sue the state.........
