we borke apart for money, see, he thinks i'm ripping him off but he doesn't want to make sure and check by himself the cost of insurance

The money is an excuse for the underlying reason. Sometimes people feel they need a reason to terminate a relationship with other people and if they can't find one, they invent one. Try to give it some time and approach him again. Maybe you can mail him a copy of the insurance bill and ask to clear the air. Good luck to you.

I would pray for God to make a way for the relationship to be reconciled and I would follow what the Bible says about humbling myself and considering others to be more important than myself so that I could do my part in the reconciliation process.
