I don't have many fears, Except maybe marriage.
I accomplished this by telling myself, so what if that happens.
I would carry a small bag (preferably not see through) and a moist wipe. This way I would be prepared at all times. Then I would tell myself; so what if I vomit, I'm prepared.

i think you should see a shrink, they can help you in a professional way. but if you dont want to, you can try some distraction therapy, like music, acompany, when i get nervous, i pee a lot(thats very embarassing, i know that, lol), so what i do is carrying a ipod wherever i go, when i have this feeling that im about to get nervous, i put on some soothing music to distract my attention, and sometimes, if im going to do something that makes me nervous, i always ask my friends to come with me, the talking and laughing can take the edge off.
if all that doesnt help, you should try to avoid those situations as much as possible, when your mind finally get over it, you can go back to those situations and deal with it.
remember the reason you have these symptoms is nature telling you that you are in an unbearable situation, and you should stop and relax a little.
thats just my opinion, if all that doesnt help at all, dont try to be a hero, and go see a shrink
hope you will get better soon

I have vomited in my life more times than I can count every time I go on trips I usually vomit because I get car sick and I can tell you this you shouldn't have this fear if your parents who are doctors tell you your not going to vomit than your not going to vomit and if you ever do vomit it's not that bad it feels bad when your vomiting but at least you don't have that nauseous feeling and I don't think you really can vomit to death as long as you keep a healthy diet and keep hydrated also I would say talk to your parents about it. HOPE I HELPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is anxiety,I used to feel the same way before going to school when I was young. You have to take a stand, and trust me it's in your head, don't let it run your life,or screw up your daily habits. Try drinking tea,it might help calm your stomach.
