What do hazel eyes REALLY look like?

I've seen and heard many differations on what exactly hazel eyes are. From light brown, to light green with gold, to eyes that change from brown to green, and eyes that change from blue to gray. So my question is simple. What do hazel eyes look like???

They are multicolored usually a base color of green or blue with brown and other color spots. They don't change color

Hazle eyes can look like a lot of different colors.Mine change from dark green,light green,greenish brown,to brown. I've seen some other odd ones too.

There are many different types of hazel eyes-----mine change from blue to green to gray-- whenever i go into water or cry they turn crystal blue, when i'm mad or upset they turn green but usually they are a mixture of all of them--- some people have specks of the other color in thier eyes though

Hard to tell. Greenish brown or brownish green. Greyish green or brownish grey. I look into my wife's eyes everyday and depending on the lighting or her mood, they look different. I'm an eye "man", she got me with those eyes..boy...

There ARE many variations of hazel-colored eyes, you are right. Mine are green with brown flecks.
