I sprained my ankle on Friday, (4 days ago) while I was ice skating. When I went to the doctor, my ankle was already majorly swullen to begin with, and now 4 days later my entire foot is majorly swullen, my toes are huge, and my foot is so big it wont fit into a pair of shoes or sandals, is this normal?

Try ice to relieve the swelling and wrap it.
Call your doctor and explain it is much worse.
You may have popped a nerve.
I did that in my hand/wrist and it did the same thing.
It took awhile after treatment but it does go back.
good luck and keep positive.

I personally would go get it checked out even though the sweeling could be normal because it is common to miss small fractures in the foot and take ibprofen for the imflamation it helps the sweeling and apply ice 20 minutes then heat 20 minutes rotate til bed time this will help out a great deal ...

Well, my first suggestion is to ice and elevate it for 30 minutes and if the Doctor gave you any pain killers or something take those as directed.. Now, if the swelling hasn't gone down in a day or so, you may wanna get it checked again, perhaps its broken.

If you've stayed off your foot & kept the ankle supported (Ace bandage, etc.) and the swelling is getting worse, you should have it re-examined - with x-rays.
I broke 2 bones on the top of my foot just from falling while running backward when I was a child, and the swelling you describe brings back painful memories!

If you have a foot fetish, you have a foot fetish. Enjoy it, but don't leave out the other aspects of sex and the rest of the body. You're not the only one with this particular fetish; there are others. It's harmless as long as it doesn't interfere with relationships or complete sexual activities. It's a little unusual, but I wouldn't consider it abnormal.

Didn't he take an X-ray? OK, I'd go back to the doctor or just get a second opinion. There could very well be a hairline fracture that the doctor missed.

Did the doctor xray it? sounds to me like it is broken, you really should go to the emergency room at your local hospital, and have them xray it, better to be safe then sorry
