Yes, there are green flowers, especially those that are strongly scented. For example, flowers in the Araceae. The Peterson Field Guide to Eastern wildflowers, which is organized by flower color, has 14 pages with 5 to 10 species per page in the green and brown section.
Personally, I love the green color of BELLS OF IRELAND, but they have thorns. They dry to a beige-yellow color.

THe green color of plant parts is caused by chlorophyl, a chemical that allows them to photosynthesize (get energy from the sun). FLowers serve a different purpose than light-gathering, they are used in reproduction to attract insects and animals that will hopefully carry pollen from one plant to another, facilitating reproduction and genetic diversity. THis is the reason they are brightly colored and often offer nectar as a reward for bees and otehr insects to visit. IF the flowes were green they might appear to be just leaves to passing pollinator species and get ignored, it's in the plants best interests for the flower to be as special and noticable as possible, some flowers (when viewed with UV light) even have arrow-like symbols on thier petals pointing towards the reproductive organs in the center that function likle landing strip guides for bees!

There are some but the majority have others colors.
You have to know that the color of the flower has an important role in getting the attention of animals like bees or other we call gardeners(lol) and this serves greatly the reproductive intention of the specific species. How cute . Isn't it?

Flowers are to attract birds and bees and such to help in pollination. Green wouldn't look any different than leaves and would make the flower pretty useless...
