Highlight the email address in the "from" line and right-click on it.
Click on "properties" then "details"...lots of info there but you can still click on "message source" and get even more information.

Good Luck

Yahoo has a people search which will look up email address too.
http://people.yahoo.com/
I can give you some other suggestions.
take the domain name that's the part after the @ symbol. Go to www.internic.org and look up the domain in the whois database. When you get the name of the Registrar (it should be a www too) Go to that web site an again look up the domain in the whois database. This time you should get some more detailed information about the owner of the web site the email came from. You can also use the NS (Name Server) to find out who is hosting the site. Make a connection to the MX server on that name server and try to send an email from the command line to the person. But if you want more information on how this is done email me and I will send you the steps you need to follow.

In regards to tracing, It is tough to do because although you can trace email addresses using software like Visualware, free software can usually only trace to the server, not the actual person who's using the email address
