If someone you knew constantly used you - i.e. you only heard from this person twice in a year when she didn't want something from you, constantly said she'd be over on a certain day - and then never showed up without even calling, had an extremely bad habit of saying one thing while thinking another and then claiming that what she had said was what she had been thinking instead of what had actually come out of her mouth, and made no bones about the fact that her friendship with you had to remain outside of her friendships with her peers because you don't fit into her age group ... would you bother to continue to be her friend and do for her when she needs help, which is constantly, or would you cut your losses and decide the friendship isn't worth having ???

What kind of friend is that?! A fairweather one.......and no, I wouldn't stick around.......just ditch her.......you obviously don't mean much to her.

I didn't understand your explanation, but I understood some of it and your question.
I HAD a friend who I began to notice used me and still uses all of her other friends. She made us feel bad for her because she was always broke so we always paid for her to do stuff and then I started to notice this was a habit and that we all did this for her so I stopped doing it.
She and I haven't talked in months because when my birthday rolled around, she blew me off. All I wanted was for her to go out with me and then she didn't even call me.
I can usually cut off a friend really quick if it seems like too much work and not worth it all in the end.
