Now the weather is great for you both two rent a ride on the rapid boats enjoy it down the river [ there will be a guild and other couples ] you and him can enjoy this.
Will make great memorys & also get a rod & reel and a can of whole corn for bait.
After the the rapid ride catch some trout and finish the day off with a fish fry to bring a smile for you both.
If you both do not wish to keep the trout release back into the water but a nice size trout on the end of that fishing rod & reel he will never stop talking about it or the rapid ride.
Take a camera to catch all the smiles:~)

Take a drive to the mountains 400 or I-85 to I-985. Try tubing down the Chattahoochee in Helen, hiking in one of the state parks (they have some nice waterfalls and picnic areas) or stay downtown and go to the Sun Dial on top of the Westin. If he likes spoken word, try Apache Cafe on Sunday nights. The Fox Theater (Tuesdays) shows movies in the summer and Piedmont Park (Thursdays) also has Screen on the Green. You can always check out The AJC Living section for what's happening now

I would recommend that you go to the park and have a fun romantic day together. Or go to the aquarium or the World of Coke-a-Cola. When I think of a date I believe it should consist of an activity then dinner or whatever else you feel like doing. I would go to Stone Mountain Park or somewhere where the two of you are able to have fun together. For dinner you should try Papa Duex or Dante's Down the Hatch. Go out and experience Atlanta while having fun with your sweetie. :)

While the Cheesecake factory has great food, the service is ALWAYS terrible. If you want a great place to go on a date (very romantic yet incredibly affordable) try Intermezzo. There is one in Buckhead and one in Dunwoody around the Perimiter Mall Area. They have coffees, teas, salads and entrees, sumptuous desserts and cheescakes, liquor and specialty drinks, and they always have a patio and dining room with candles. Have fun!

OMG! Cheesecake Factory is amazing. There is a place in Buckhead, I think it's called kingstown or something that has jamaican food. PF Changs for chinese. Cafe Istanbul is a lot of fun since they have hookahs. I think the most romantic, I've heard, is Cafe intermezzo.

You have great choices. Get some live entertainment in the mix. A music venue or maybe even a Braves game. Give yourself some more choices.

If he likes Mexican, take him to "On the Border" (in Morrow), or on Peachtree he should either like Cheesecake factory or ESPN Zone which is next door.
