In the 70's I liked the Christmas coke commercial.(I'd like to teah the world to sing). I also liked the Pittsburg steelers commercial with mean joe green. I use to love the Nair commercials where the girls sing we wear short shorts!

Maxwell House had this spot on where you could see the coffee percolating to music! da-ta-da-ta-da-da // da-da-ta-da-da // da-ta-da-ta-da-da.

I begged my mom to get a coffee percolator, which she did. And when the coffee began perking and shooting up to the little glass dome on top of the pot, I was so disappointed.

There wasn't any music.

Other classics:

"Noel"Co--- santa on the electric Norelco razor...

and let's not forget the perennial favorite: the spots for the Andy Williams collection of Christmas Classics. Andy Williams--- in his baby blue sweaters

Levis, clay-mation spot with the guy who saves the girl from the burning building. Absolutely hilarious, I taped the thing just to have it.
