If you arn't friends anymore, sounds like you have already let the friendship go.

Hey look if u been friend for 5 years. Don't break up. Try to salve the problems. U only get best friend once in ur life. Believe me to fine other best friend is very hard to fine in the any place that u live in. The best thing u can do is think about the past that u had in 5 years and think about how u met each other before and always talk about the good time u had with ur best friend. Hey Good Luck and remember keep ur best friend for good u need some one in ur life to talk ok.

This is a tough question! I really don't think that it is possible. Friends are forever, at least that's what I thought. Know this, TRUE FRIENDS, last a life time, SO-CALLED-FRIENDS, last for a period of time! We all make mistakes, go our seperate ways, but in the end, if it's meant to be, then IT WILL BE! So, what I'm trying to say is, if it's meant to be for you 2 people to be friends, then things will all work of for the best! I hope everything works out! NEVER GIVE UP (HOPE)...

Yes, the feelings of friendship is still there. However, keep yourself active. Go out with other people. The more time you spend by yourself, the more you'll continue thinking of this old friend. Go out and hang and get your mind off of things.

I just went through the same thing. This girl I loved from the bottom of my heart just told me to "**** off" one day out of the blue. It killed me from the inside that after being such a close friend of hers she would do something like that. I hate to say it but the way I'm getting over her is starting to hate her. Passionate hate will make you get over him or her faster than anyother method. Just ignore them, whatever they say or if they try to fix things. People that ditch you don't deserve you as a friend.

It would be best if you guys could get past it and be friends again but if not, you have to know that he or she is not coming back.

Ive been there before, just keep moving on, but in your heart stay friends with that person, and always be open for communication. In the end you usually end up meeting up again, and working it out. Even if its a few years later.

You basically have to move on by meeting more people. There are so many great people out there and I'm sure you will have a new best friend in no time.

You attempt one last time to communicate then you say that you have done all you can do and cut off the so called friendship

is it really that bad, did one or the other do somethign so horrible you cant stay friends anymore, becaus eif so, it shoudlnt be that hard to let go, and if it is that hard to let go, maybe the firnedship needs some rekindling, just go talk to him/her and say hey this is whats up what do you want to do, be honest and straight forward, maybe you can work things out
