I dont think people will ever run out of movies to make. Directors, Writers, and Producers get into the movie making business because they're so creative and filled with great ideas. (I'm going to be all three (mainly a director and writer though) when I grow up). Also, Movie Makers make remakes. Ex. Peter Jackson made a remake of King Kong.

They already have in my opinion. Hollywood now is reverting to screen adaptations of books, plays, and comics and remakes of older movies. What happened to original movies?

Never there will always be a story to be told so there will always be movies, tv shows and books tell to the stories!

Probably not. They'll just remake old movies and rehash storylines. And they'll be more eager to adapt novels and possibly even television shows.

probably never because their a part of culture and are necassary means of entertainment. at least i hope they don't
