Any extramarital relationship is wrong no matter how he tries to clean it up. He's an adulterer and GOD will deal with him for breaking the marriage vow! You need to decide if this marriage is worth saving or not, but I will tell you.....if he did it once he will do it again and if you believe it was ok just because he called it a "fling", then you are only fooling yourself. This man is not to be trusted. I will pray for you and I hope all works out for the best.

,,,well, everybody's gonna write her to 'dump him..' no doubt of that. You know it too BUT you must be questioning this, (or else you'd do it, wouldn't be writing here for strangers' opinions, hon.) Has it happened before? Are there kids? Will he (****, I hate counseling, but I gotta ask) "go to counseling?" lol... Does it make it A-O.K. to screw around with someone "not seriously?" I doubt it. Is it better to 'be in love' with the woman he's cheating with? ****! Doubt that. It's weird. I'm kind of in a sitch where I don't love my husband too well but it's comfortable being married to him. I don't cheat on him but I do like to get on the computer and chatrooms and ****.. There is some guy living downtown who was hustling me on the computer and got all pissed off I wouldn't come over and 'cllimb in bed with him' after we'd been writing (what I thought were friendly) E's after only 2 weeks? (men can be such assholes, huh?) You know this guy's playing you, right? You want to get rid of this jerk, I bet.. Explore ways to get out and when you gain enough confidence, you can be strong.. do it!

it ought to never have worked out. It replaced into meant to be only a fling which lasted for over 4 years. We were large friends although that's going to never went any better. properly its over now thank goodness and properly merely say it wasn't the most appropriate years of my existence.

Be very angry. And try to work it out. Be incredibly hurt and pissed off. Want to tear him apart, and rip the face off the other woman. And give him a second chance. He's my husband, I'd want our family to be together, and to make it work.

You say husband??? So, what would he consider serious??? Either he is your husband or not??? The key word here is husband??? Both of you need to make that choice. Good luck!!!

Divorce him and tell him he should have wished it was a serious one so it would at least be worth losing you.
