I have gotten positve equate pregnancy tests at 10 dpo. and then negative. But I ALWAYS get evap lines too on Equate. Am I the only one getting Evap lines with this brand? All the boards I read say that Equate is really reliable. Does perimenapause cause false positive pregnancy tests?

No, you're getting cheesy made in china by workers making like a quarter a day results. Perimenopause does not cause false results, buy a real, name brand test. Although not a pregnancy test, my Mom bought Equate glucose test strips, and got all kinds of wacky resultts. Once, although she hadn't eaten, she got sugar readings above 400! She took extra insulin and almost died of insulin shock. The ER doc told her (although not on the record, Wal Mart is too powerful) that Equate products were notoriously unreliable. For medical products, avoid Equate.

is there a chance you could be pregnant? Go to family planning and take a real test. Hopefully you get the results you are looking for!

Maybe because they are cheap...is it really worth buying a whole bunch of these cheap tests when you could just buy one of the more expensive brands? Try EPT.
