You may have compression on a nerve root located in your lumbar spine. You should see a physical therapist or a chiropractor.

It could possibly be a disc in your back pushing against a nerve. I had that problem before. You need to get it checked out.

Um...is there any more side affects? It might be a blood clot. Or you could have sprained something. I think you'll be all right if you just sprained it, but just in case, please call 911.
