Yes! It was about a guy who gets implanted by some government agency to become super smart -- but the side effect is you die when you turn 21. Kind of cheesy, but I liked it!

No but I remember a time when Music TV (MTV) actually had something to do with music. They suck now.

Oh my god, I haven't thought of that show in forever. I don't think it ever finished. Or maybe I lost interest in it. He had to find out how he was dying and fix it by his 21st b-day? oh well
