Other than tripod, for those who build websites, what is the best website building thingy you can use for use to build ur won website, we're talking about more than 20Mb of use?

I always found that most web developing programs make the sourse code so messy that it is almost a complete waste of time to learn how to use them. Just get a text editer that can save in various formats and keep a bunch of templates that you make up. It may be a little harder to learn, but at least the source code makes sense if you need to change anything.
